Kai currently trains with Tap Attack (taught by Jo Scanlan and James Doubtfire) and Wilkes Academy.

In 2013 aged 10 years old, Kai successfully auditioned to become one of the first ever members of the Children’s England Tap Team, he was selected to be a soloist which he won, earning him his first Tap World Championship Title.

Kai has been fortunate to perform at a large number of events including at the 02 Arena, various charity gala’s, BBC news, International Dance Teacher’s Conference, Tap 24:7 in Phoenix Arizona and as a part of Tap United 2014, 2015 and 2016 alongside world renowned tap dancers including Jason Janas, Sarch Reich and Maude Arnold. He has also performed alongside Tap Attack’s Patron, and So You Think You Dance Dance UK winner, Matt Flint at London’s Olympia, as well as being awarded a Stage Newspaper scholarship to allow him to attend a full time theatre school.

Kai successfully auditioned for the England Tap Team in 2014 and 2015 and has been fortunate to compete in Germany winning the Junior Duo and Junior Formation section 2 years running and also part of the winning Junior Small Group in 2015.

The past year has been a busy one for this young tap dancer who has spent a large proportion of the year further advancing his tap training with teachers including Anthony Morigerato, Sarah Reich and Jason Janas.
